Rice Vermicelli with Pickled Lettuce
Rice Vermicelli 1/2 pack
Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon(s)
Minced Garlic 1 tablespoon(s)
Canned Pickled Lettuce 2 can
Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoon(s)
Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon(s)
Sugar 2 teaspoon(s)
Spring Onion & Coriander
Thai Hot Pepper
1. Soak rice vermicelli in water for 3-5 minutes, set aside to drain.
2. Place oil in a wok, stir-fry garlic. Add canned pickled lettuce.
3. Add prepared rice vermicelli. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
4. Add egg and stir-fry. Lastly, add spring onion, coriander and Thai hot pepper.
