This time RU brought you to “Have a Zeed” – a Northeastern Thai Food restaurant with six branches opened in BKK, at the heart of the city Central Plaza Grand Rama 9 located on the 7th floor of the mall. The restaurant atmosphere is beautifully chic and spacious, making itself look relaxing enough to have a seat. This place offers a wide variety of Thai-Isaan cuisines. So, let’s see what menus we are having for today! Here we go!
The first menu is “Spicy & Sour Soup with Pork Ribs”. The feature of this dish is the intensive texture of the spicy sour soup mixed with the various fragrant roasted herb. The chef particularly chooses crunchy pork ribs and steer until they become perfectly tender, sweet, and soft. The dish is absolutely delicious that I must recommend people to try.
Next, a must-try “Pork Neck Stir-Fried with Thai Spicy Sauce on Hot Plate”, a premium pork neck fermented with a special marinade creation from the eatery, delivers you with the great flavor of tenderness. The meat perfectly blends with fragrant herbs and Thai spicy sour and sweet sauce. Believe me. You will double a plate if you get to try it.
A zesty big-size pork ball – “Fried Spicy Minced Pork” comes along with fresh vegetable side dishes. The meaty pork ball itself is crispy outside and soft inside and excellently combines with sour and salty flavors all in one bite. I highly guarantee whoever tries this plate is going to love it.
Now, we have come to the last tasty ‘Som Tam Mua”. The restaurant mainly caters to all the common Isaan variations that we are all familiar with. Like, Som Tam Pu Pla Ra with a special fermented fish sauce recipe exclusively created by the restaurant. Having this dish together with Crispy Skin Grilled Chicken with Thai Spicy Sauce and hot Sticky Rice, you will find it is even lip-smacking. Just tell your preferred flavor version of Som Tam to the restaurant, any kind of flavors is possible. For me, I rather eat spicy flavor, so I ordered the extra-spicy Tam Pu with 10 chilies. All I can tell is deceptively tasty.
