Roasted Pumpkin Seeds 50 G.

Roasted Watermelon Seeds 50 G.

Roasted Cashew Nuts 50 G.

Raisins 50 G.

Sun Dried Strawberry 50 G.

Sun Dried Cranberry 50 G.

Puffed Rice 100 G.

Black Sesame 1 tablespoon(s)

White Sesame 1 tablespoon(s)

Egg Whites 2

Honey 2 tablespoon(s)

Stevia 1 tablespoon(s)

Salt 1/2 teaspoon(s)

Roasted Almond

1. Spread cooked rice over the tray. Sun dry or bake until complete dried.

2. Fry over low heat untl desired color.

3. Mix all the ingredients together.

4. Put in a mold, weighing 15-10 grams per piece depending on mold size.

5. Bake at 135 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
